• Services will be delivered and ongoing as per payment.
• Prices may change at any time as per Avdealshub's policy and will be accepted by its clients/users/recipients.
• Avdealshub will comply with any relevant laws, rules, regulations of the NBR or Bangladesh, and the same will be applicable to the client without notice.
• Avdealshub will prioritize written or SLAs, which also support various emails, messengers, and hard copies.
• Avdealshub does not store or backup any client data.
• If any damage/threat/system disruption is caused by a client, the authority may terminate the client's service without any notice. If necessary, legal action may be taken.
• Upon signing the contract or receiving email confirmation, the client will be legally recognized as being aware of all terms and conditions.
• All rights reserved to Avdealshub.

Payment Policy/Terms

• Fees: The customer agrees to pay the total amount to the service provider.
• Payment/Schedule: Full upfront payment, or payable as per SLA.
• Service Recurrence: Services will be provided on a prepaid basis as per payment.
• Service Rates: Payment rates will be mentioned/written as per email, conversation/deed or SLA.

• Complies with VAT and tax laws.
• Payment method: Payment will be made via [bank transfer/credit card/other payment method].
• Service Delay Fee: Service delay fees will apply as required or as per SLA.

Customer Refund Policy

• Refund requests will be accepted within this period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of service activation after payment for the service has been made, keeping the other conditions of the client and the service unchanged.
• Eligible Clients for Refund: After receiving a refund email from any client, you must check all the details and assess the service/service issues.
• If the authority cannot resolve the issue, it must be returned to the customer or eligible for a refund.
• It is mentioned that there is negligence, carelessness, or procrastination on the part of the customer, but this is not eligible for a refund.
• If eligible for a refund, it will receive the amount that will be adjusted against the service cost.
• If a client unnecessarily wastes the authority's valuable time, they will be charged 40% or 60% of their money in addition to the service usage fee.

Service provision

We will provide the Services to you in accordance with these Terms and any applicable agreements or specifications agreed upon separately. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice.
